Jacob Mullikin

Jacob spent many years in the commercial coffee industry, working in jobs ranging from Barista to Coffee Equipment Technician, and now as a sourcing and roasting professional for coffee. Jacob brings a background in chemistry and Quality Assurance to his position and applies the knowledge of the chemical reactions taking place in coffee during the roasting process to enhance every bean to the peak of its potential.
