All of our coffee is proudly roasted in Sumter, SC by our very own coffeeologist and roaster! Brubakers is grateful to be Sumter's longest running and largest coffee roaster. We specialize in roasting using a securely guarded and proprietary method for coffee roasting developed by our co-owner, Jacob. He uses methods learned in his background of biochemistry and laboratory science to create well developed roasts with distinct tasting notes and aromas. With a diverse and expanding selection of flavors and roasts, you're sure to find the perfect beans for any coffee lover.

Peru - a single origin with notes of brown sugar, dried fruit, and walnut.
The Swan - a blend with notes of cashew, golden raisin, and  molasses.
Brazil - a single origin with notes of milk chocolate and nuts.
Main Street Medium - a blend with notes of cocoa, nuts, and mild citrus.
Honduras - a single origin with notes of apple, honey, and cinnamon.
Guatemala - a single origin with notes of cocoa, caramel, and walnut.
Gamecock City - a blend with notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts and cinnamon. 
Decaf Colombia - a single origin with notes of caramel, hazelnut and nougat.
