Tasting Notes: Caramel, Hazelnut, Nougat
Our Colombian decaf coffee comes from the Valle del Cauca, located in a Conservation Corridor. Farmers in Valle del Cauca are acutely aware of the importance of the preservation of natural resources, water management and friendly environmental practices. This coffee is processed with Ethyl Acetate derived organically from Sugarcane to remove 97% of all caffeine from the beans. Because of the decaffeination method, the bean is left with a sweet caramel note that comes through in roasting.
