Our Brazilian coffee comes from the Cerrado Mineiro region. This area is one of Brazil's newest coffee growing areas. A moderate elevation plateau gives home to 55 coffee growing towns. The well defined seasons, abudant sunlight, and advanced farming techniques used in this region give the coffee a chocolatey and nutty flavor making for a wonderful medium roast.
